Terms of Service

As a Client, you automatically agree to the following below:〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜☙ ☙ -General- ❧ ❧     🟊 The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission, and a reason is not required to be provided.     🟊 The Artist is not required to ship or produce any physical goods beyond the digital product.     🟊 The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which include but are not limited to distribution, reproduction, and the use of the Commission for Artist promotion and displays (e.g. Social Media, Portfolio, Commission displays, etc).     🟊 All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the Commission remain the property of the Artist, "CATtheDrawer".     🟊 The Client is allowed to use the Commission for personal use and to promote themselves on social media, including live streaming and videos.     🟊 The Client must display proper credit for the Commission if the Client uses the artwork publically, (ie. on Social Media, etc). Tagging is not necessary every time you post as long as the credit is easily accessible
                 ☆ Proper Credit: The Artist's @username for the platform the Commission is posted on, OR a link to the Artist's carrd, Instagram or Twitter. You do not need to do all of these, as long as one of them is employed and is easily accessible.

                 ☆ Twitter: twitter.com/CATtheDrawer     🟊 The Client is not allowed to distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission.     🟊 The Client is not allowed to edit, trace, or alter the Commission. Nor is the Client allowed to license or sell the Commission in any way without the Artist's written permission.     🟊 The Client is not allowed to use the Commission in any AI software or Machine Learning technologies for any reason.
_____________________________________________________________________☙ ☙ -ETA- ❧ ❧     🟊 The Artist is not required to complete the request by a timeframe set by the Client . The Artist will work at her own pace to produce quality work. There are no rush fees that can be applied for a speedier delivery. If the Client has a specific time-sensitive deadline, these services may not be suited to the Client's needs.     🟊 The ETA listed is based on the time the Commission is STARTED, not the time the Commission is accepted     🟊 The ETA listed with each Commission is an approximation and times may slightly vary depending on exterior conditions in the Artist's life.
                 ☆ The Artist is not required to explain those exterior conditions should there be a change in the completion timeframe.     🟊 The Artist will notify the Client of any major alterations of the completion timeframe, otherwise, minor alterations of the timeframe may occur with no notification.
                 ☆ Minor Alterations: additional 1-5 days
                 ☆ Major Alterations: additional 6+ days
_____________________________________________________________________❕❕❕ -Refund Policy- ❕❕❕     🟊 Refunds may be issued if the Client notifies the Artist before the start of the Commission.     🟊 Refunds are otherwise not allowed after the start of the Commission, unless;
                 ☆ The Artist can no longer complete the Commission for reasons personal to the Artist . If this occurs, the Artist will inform the Client and issue the refund herself.
                 ☆ The Artist is not required to explain the reason for the cancellation.
