Terms of Service

As a Client, you automatically agree to the following below:
〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜~〜☙ ☙ -General- ❧ ❧     🟊 The Artist reserves the right to refuse/cancel any Commission, and a reason is not required to be provided.
     🟊 Please have any references, commission specifics, descriptions, etc, ready prior to payment.
_____________________________________________________________________☙ ☙ -Payments- ❧ ❧
     🟊 Advance payment for a commission is required once the Artist has accepted the commission request.
                 ☆Commission will not be formally started until payment is complete
     🟊 Payments can be made through Vgen, Artistree, or PayPal
     🟊 Payments directly through paypal are issued as an invoice by the Artist only.

     🟊 During the sketching phase, the Client may request revisions to the commission.
     🟊 After the sketch phase is completed, the Client may request minor revisions and tweaks as needed.
                 ☆Excessive major revisions may be subject to an additional service fee at any point in time.
     🟊 Upon the completion of the commission, the Client has 1 week upon receiving the finished product to request minor/small changes only at no extra cost.
                 ☆ The Artist reserves the right to deny excessive changes within this time period if the Artist deems it beyond the scope of "minor/small".
_____________________________________________________________________☙ ☙ -Deadlines and Delivery- ❧ ❧     🟊 Any ETA listed or discussed is based on the time the Commission is STARTED, not the time the Commission is accepted
     🟊 Any ETA listed or discussed with each Commission is an approximation and times may slightly vary depending on external conditions in the Artist's life.
                 ☆ The Artist is not required to explain those exterior conditions should there be a change in the completion timeframe.
     🟊 The Client is allowed to reach out to the Artist in regard to a timeframe updates.
     🟊 The Artist is not required to ship or produce any physical goods beyond the digital product.
_____________________________________________________________________☙ ☙ -Intellectual Property Rights- ❧ ❧     🟊 All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the Commission, remain the property of the Artist, "CATtheDrawer".
     🟊 No resale of the commissioned art
                 ☆ If you sell your character design or relinquish your character to another party, this art is not to be included as part of the sale or transfer of the character
_____________________________________________________________________❕❕❕ -Refund Policy- ❕❕❕     🟊 Refunds may be issued if the Client notifies the Artist before the start of the Commission.
     🟊 Refunds are otherwise not allowed after the start of the Commission, unless;
                 ☆ The Artist can no longer complete the Commission for reasons personal to the Artist . If this occurs, the Artist will inform the Client and issue the refund herself.
                 ☆ The Artist is not required to explain the reason for the cancellation.
     🟊 Refunds are not required if the Client violates the Artist's T.O.S.
